POLICY ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Refund and Cancellation Policies are designed to be simple and transparent for you to comprehend. If you want to cancel an item, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order, or before it is dispatched. Items can't be cancelled once they've been shipped; they can only be returned. In both cases, a refund will be initiated.

We will initiate a refund once we receive the product, back to our warehouse and conduct a quality analysis on it.

All payments will be processed within four working days after receipt of return courier and will be paid via NEFT( Through Bank Account ), Google Pay , Phone pe & PayTm. 


Return and Exchange Policy for Mon Amaar

The following is a step-by-step explanation of our Return/Exchange Policy:

Within 2 days of delivery, send us an image of the product you want to return/exchange via WhatsApp (+91 82405 76497 ), along with your order number.

 We will refund your money within four working days after receipt of return courier and will be paid via NEFT ( through Bank Account ), Google Pay , Phone pe & PayTm. Shipping charges will be deducted during Return or Exchange.

Any products that were damaged by the customer are not returnable or exchangeable.

The following are a list of customer losses:

  • Tags are removed 
  • The items have a strong body odour.
  • Packaging is lost.
  • The item that is being Washed or Dry-Cleaned or Used.
  • We don't give any cloth guarantee after its being used or washed . Some Minor color bleed may be possible in first wash.
